STORY
I have worked in Tokyo, Japan for over 10 years in a variety
of culinary fields ranging from pure Japanese cuisine,
izakaya, ramen, bento, and flour dish .(which is
OKONOMIYAKI) After moving to the US, I continued to work
in the restaurant business, operating sushi, ramen, and
izakaya restaurants. However, I experienced two restaurant
failures in Tokyo. I have now created this company with the
dream of creating a Japanese restaurant that will be loved by
many friends and customers, and then taking it to other
countries, and then training the managers.
